DAY 2: Sunday August 7, 2021

          7:00 – 10:00am

§  Time onlies for Sweepstakes Horses. $5/min pay at the gate. First come first served.

§  Futurity Sweepstakes

§  Derby Sweepstakes will start ½ hr following the completion of the Futurity

*Equine TV live feed will be onsite for the Sweepstakes races!

NOTES:

·       Stalls are booked through the Rimbey Ag Society

·       Food trucks onsite: The 3 Pink Flamingos & Coffee Sisters

·       Draw and live results through Rodeogo

·       The Open with side pots are one run. 

·       The Futurity and Derby Sweepstakes are one run.

·       There is no average

·       There will be no roll overs. 

·       The breeder payout goes to the breeder first, if the breeder is not nominated it will then go to the nominated stallion owner.

·       There will be a 20% admin fee on breeder’s nominations, additional stallion nominations and entry fees. 

·       In lieu of foal nomination fees, 30% of Sweepstakes entry fees are designated to total breeder Sweepstakes payout.

·       All results will be submitted to Equistat. 

We are going to put our best efforts towards promoting both Canadian Breeders and Stallions on an international level! We are excited to support CANADIAN small businesses by purchasing awards locally

Day 2 & 3 - August 6th & 7th

• Pre-Entry only

• Venue - The Co-operators Agrim Centre Rimbey, AB

• Open 4D 1/2 second split - $100 EF 

• NEW FOR 2022 - $2500 WESTERN FORTUNES money for WF eligible horses

  • Side Pots (Must be entered in the open, to enter side pots)

    • Youth (*16 & Under) 3D - .7 split - $35 EF  

    • Adult (*17-49) 3D - .7 split - $35 EF

    • Senior (*50) 3D - .7 split - $35 EF

    • Futurity & Derby 2D - .7 split (no BEI eligibility necessary) - $75 EF

    • Rodeo run (Fast time payout) - $100 EF

    • BEI eligible horses only - BEI OPEN, will have added money and awards, potential to grow based on annual nominations 3D - .7 split - $100 EF

• Peewee (*12 and under) 3D – 5 second split - $20 EF everyone gets a prize

•  Futurity Sweepstakes 2D – .7 split, progressive payout, no 2D fees - $500 EF

•  Derby Sweepstakes 2D – .7 split, progressive payout, no 2D fees - $400 EF

•  All Sweepstakes cheques will be accompanied with Breeders cheques
